這是第二次滑雪從一開始不會轉彎跟不會下綠線，到後來經過Zoey 教練的教導可以順滑手稻的所有綠線，真的學到很多，教練也很有耐心很努力的教導

I took one-on-one private ski class over three half days (February 9, 10, and 12) during my visit to Niseko in February 2025. I had two classes with Coach Keith and one class with Coach Lin. Both coaches were very friendly and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend finding a coach from Snow and Flow.

**Coach Lin:** He taught me essential theories that helped enhance my skills and body posture. He provided positive feedback on my movements and ensured that I could practice these techniques independently.

**Coach Keith:** He guided and encouraged me to explore new areas on the slopes. He consistently boosted my confidence, helping me progress from a beginner to an intermediate skier. He offered valuable suggestions and taught me new skills that significantly improved my abilities.

我在2025年2月參加了三天三小時的一對一私教滑雪課程（2月9日、10日和12日）。我有兩節課是跟Coach Keith上，還有一節課是跟Coach Lin上。他們都非常友好且富有知識。我強烈推薦從Snow and Flow找教練。

林教練：他教授了滑雪理論，這對提高技術和身體姿勢非常有幫助。他還給予了積極的反饋，告訴我如何正確地進行動作。他確保我能夠獨立練習這些技巧。

Keith教練：他指導並鼓勵我探索新的滑雪地點。他總是鼓勵我，提升我的自信心，使我能夠從初學者轉變為中級滑雪者。他給出了建議，並教授了新技能，進一步提升了我的滑雪技術。

Jacob老師真的是一個非常細心而且熱心的老師！在兩天的滑雪教程中，把體驗滑雪樂趣當作優先條件，讓第一次接觸滑雪的我們，在體驗滑雪這項運動的同時，也能夠兼顧滑雪的各種基本知識和觀念，同時也在教程的過程中，不斷的幫助我們建立起良好的滑雪習慣，對未來我們該如何再持續精進和練習，也提供很好的諮詢管道！謝謝雪浪提供給我們一個很優質的課程服務 👍👍👍

這次來北海道二世谷滑雪 Ray教練人很nice手頭上剛好有車就順便載我們去雪場，省去等接駁車的時間😂 教學也很細心專業，很照顧初學者 同行友人租借的雪板有問題，也直接載我們回去換新的很罩💪🏻 有來滑雪的直接指名Ray教練讓你安心滑雪💪🏻

雪浪由开始的介绍，跟踪，还有服务，教练都很棒！非常感谢专业又有爱的教练小姐姐Vivi。她耐心，认真负责，给予我很大的鼓励和照顾，让我很快并有信心地完成初学体验，并感受到滑雪带来的乐趣。还帮忙拍照，录视频。 感谢！下次来还会选择雪浪。🙏🙏

Second season booking lessons with Snow and Flow. Back office very responsive and helpful. Booked 2 full-day lessons at Kiroro this year and had Niu as my instructor. Niu was a patient and encouraging teacher. I was able to turn with confidence. Perfect teacher for an adult beginning skier who only skies a few days in a year Will book with them again hopefully next season.
