I took one-on-one private ski class over three half days (February 9, 10, and 12) during my visit to Niseko in February 2025. I had two classes with Coach Keith and one class with Coach Lin. Both coaches were very friendly and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend finding a coach from Snow and Flow.

**Coach Lin:** He taught me essential theories that helped enhance my skills and body posture. He provided positive feedback on my movements and ensured that I could practice these techniques independently.

**Coach Keith:** He guided and encouraged me to explore new areas on the slopes. He consistently boosted my confidence, helping me progress from a beginner to an intermediate skier. He offered valuable suggestions and taught me new skills that significantly improved my abilities.

我在2025年2月參加了三天三小時的一對一私教滑雪課程（2月9日、10日和12日）。我有兩節課是跟Coach Keith上，還有一節課是跟Coach Lin上。他們都非常友好且富有知識。我強烈推薦從Snow and Flow找教練。

林教練：他教授了滑雪理論，這對提高技術和身體姿勢非常有幫助。他還給予了積極的反饋，告訴我如何正確地進行動作。他確保我能夠獨立練習這些技巧。

Keith教練：他指導並鼓勵我探索新的滑雪地點。他總是鼓勵我，提升我的自信心，使我能夠從初學者轉變為中級滑雪者。他給出了建議，並教授了新技能，進一步提升了我的滑雪技術。

感謝雪浪既安排！教練Mori教得好仔細，前一日仲message確保我地租野順利，我地2個學生程度唔一樣都會睇住我地比相對既建議同練習。我地都覺得我地進步咗好多！難得二世古有廣東話教練！

We are happy to have our kid having his 3rd year ski classes with Snow & Flow during the last 3 years in Niseko. Coaches are skillful, well communicated to ensure our kid is having a great time in the slopes. Special mention for this year as our flight to Chitose was cancelled causing a one day delay in arriving Niseko. Snow and Flow made great effort to be accommodative to provide a make up class for our kid.
