Standard Terms and Conditions(Last update: 31st July, 2026)
- Payment of any monies constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
- Clients must have or agree that they have valid travel insurance which covers them for accidents or injuries sustained whilst undertaking snowsports activities.
- It is the responsibility of the person paying to inform all other people in his/her booking group of all terms, conditions and general information.
- The person who pays shall be primarily liable for all fees for the entire group in the event of any cancellation.
- All service offerings are subject to availability.
- All ski and snowboard lessons are private lessons and separate lessons are required for ski and snowboard.
- Lessons are confirmed only after full payment is received upfront. No changes are allowed after confirmation. (For example, no changing between ski and snowboard lessons is allowed.)
- Full Day Private Lessons of 6 hours are conducted within the same day and include at least 60-minute lunch/break time. Lunch is not provided. Clients are free to take rest stops during lessons.
- Lift passes and gears are not included in the lesson fee and should be arranged by clients.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before lesson starting time with appropriate snowsports outfit, protective equipment, your snowsports gear and lift ticket ready to use. Any part of any lesson missed as a result of not having a valid lift ticket is non-refundable or transferable.
- Your safety matters to us. A helmet is required on all lessons, and suitable protective gear is strongly recommended. Equipment is not included in the lesson, so please arrange it at a rental shop beforehand — contact our team if you would like help booking it.
- Lessons will not be extended or rescheduled due to the late arrival of clients for any reason.
Cancellation Policy(Last update: 31st July, 2026)
- No compensation will be made for weather conditions or other operational conditions outside the control of Snow and Flow Snowsports School. Cancellations by client as a result of bad weather will not be refunded. Only in the event of a Niseko United official announcement of resort closure are clients entitled to a full refund.
- Neither our instructors nor the school providing the lessons shall be held liable for any lost or stolen equipment, accident, injury or injury resulting in death that occurs before, during or after the lesson.
- Changes to lesson date/time/format (including switching between ski and snowboard lessons) would not be accepted after a lesson is confirmed. Any such changes would be deemed a cancellation and a new booking would be required.
- A cancellation charge of 100% of the lesson fee will be applied for cancellations made within 14 days of the lesson.
- A 5% processing fee in providing cancellation refunds is at the full cost and responsibility of the client.
