A BIG thank you to our instructors Mark and Erica, as well as Team Snow and Flow! We had an amazing time snowboarding in Niseko and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for ski/snowboard schools. Our instructors were super attentive and professional throughout the lessons with a lot of photos and videos taken for us to review on our progress. We have improved significantly thanks to the encouraging and knowledgeable instructors and will definitely have class with Snow and Flow again in the future!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I originally booked a 3-day snowboard lesson with Snow and Flow, but after trying, I realized that snowboarding really wasn’t for me. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service. The staff were very responsive, understanding, and genuinely tried their best to help. On the third day, they went the extra mile to arrange a switch for us to a ski class instead, which completely saved our trip. The instructors — Marsha, Erica, and Max — were all highly professional, patient, and friendly. They made learning feel comfortable and encouraging, especially for beginners. Big plus for both the instructors and customer support team. Highly recommended for anyone new to snow sports or unsure whether snowboarding or skiing suits them better.
